Defense MicroElectronics Activity (DMEA) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Investigation and Resolutions Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Using this BPA, ARINC defines the requirements for DMSMS management, problem identification and analysis, and solution recommendation and implementation for both microelectronic and non-microelectronic items. Specific requirements are defined in subsequent task orders (TOs) and meet the BPA scope requirements. Tasks may be phased, where an initial task addresses a problem investigation, study, or analysis, and a follow-on task develops and implements the solution. This BPA supports requirements from the Department of Defense, as well as other federal agencies with tasks that fall within the technical scope of the contract.
