To make sure that military personnel perform their jobs in a professional manner under all conditions, they need to be thoroughly trained. When it comes to providing this training, ARINC is in the forefront—for these reasons:

• Knowledge—We've been providing a broad range of engineering, design, testing, maintenance, repair, retrofit, and communications services to the military for decades. We're intimately familiar with numerous military systems used in the air, on land, and on and under the sea.
• Experience—As training professionals, we've created and delivered many training programs and consulting services to the U.S. DoD, as well as to foreign militaries, either directly or under DoD contract.
• Comprehensiveness—One of our hallmarks is the thoroughness of our course work. For example, our Depot Operations Training course includes seven modules, covering the activities and responsibilities of Manager/Supervisor, Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Publication Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, Supply Supervisor, and Education and Training Manager. The course includes over 75 topics within these areas. Other ARINC courses are typically covered to a similar extent.
