ARINC SelfServ™ Common-Use Kiosks
Engineering Passenger Flow
Passenger congestion solutions are more critical than ever for airports. With security, passenger volume, and airport waiting times at all time highs, ARINC understands the need for more efficient passenger check-in alternatives.
ARINC knows common-use systems, having established an industry-leading reputation with our multi-user system environment (MUSE) applications. We’ve installed over 75% of the common-use self service (CUSS) kiosks in airports worldwide—helping speed up the check-in process, significantly reduce lines, enable airline cost-sharing, save floor space, and improve the entire customer experience.
Versatile, reliable, and economical, kiosks are increasingly changing how passengers travel. Over 80% of check-ins are now performed away from traditional check-in counters. Kiosks are easily integrated with auxiliary devices such as passport readers, smart card readers, security cameras, and biometric systems. Passengers can even process their baggage─printing out bag tags right at the kiosk and leaving them at nearby designated drop locations.
Models of convenience and operational efficiency, common-use kiosks benefit airport operations from curbside to runway—providing a new way to keep both passengers and airlines moving.
