Foreign Military Sales
With over 20 years' experience, ARINC’s Dayton office has supported U.S.-partnered foreign militaries in development, program planning, management, systems and services acquisition, site survey, construction oversight and acceptance, academic and technical training, organization, integration, operations, supplies and logistics, flight line, back shop, depot maintenance, component, system and facility modernization, decommissioning, and program closeout.
Support is provided through Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) or a service-managed Foreign Military Sale (FMS). ARINC’s expert personnel are stationed where they’re needed—service programs, FMS management offices and headquarters, contractor locations, foreign military program offices, and operational and support sites.
FMS services include:
- Providing program managers, engineers, maintenance, and logistics managers to numerous ASC and OO-ALC aircraft and system program offices
- Program and financial managers for AFSAC and AFSAT
- Development and operations planners, program managers, logisticians, and administrative assistants for SAF/IA
- Developing, acquiring, installing and supporting in-country weapon support equipment, including automated test systems for the F-16
- Planning, construction management, and training for an in-country F-16 avionics and support systems depot
- In-country master degrees for maintenance and information management
- Foreign logistics command capabilities, including policy writing, regulations, and indigenous language training
- Current FMS support in Greece, Turkey, UAE, Pakistan, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Korea, Iraq, Morocco, Taiwan, and many others
