Engineering Services
With ARINC, you can solve complex management and technical problems
using a structured, proven methodology that delivers fast
results.
ARINC's systems engineering services apply advanced methodologies
to solve an array of complex management and technical challenges
for military and industrial organizations. One such challenge:
managing today's materiel acquisition programs for the armed forces—and
ensuring adherence to their strict cost, performance, and schedule
mandates. Using our systems engineering approach, ARINC developed
an effective acquisition-logistics system for the Department of
Defense (DoD) that has been repeatedly proven in the field.
We begin by collecting the appropriate resources for the job,
including a well-informed staff. Our trained, professional staff
uses a structured, repeatable methodology to carefully analyze
all areas that can potentially affect the solution, including
people, processes, and technology. Our quality assurance is rock-solid—we're
an ISO 9001:2008-registered corporation. We partner with the DoD, other
government agencies, and private companies to include their relevant
skills and knowledge, and we bring in whatever subject matter
experts are needed to complement our engineering capabilities,
enabling us to deliver a total solution.
The consistent result: an effective, innovative, cost-effective
solution, delivered on time.
Some of our systems engineering successes include:
- Partnering with NASA's Langley Research Center to
provide powerful, flexible, flight-management system-simulation
software
- Developing critical source-of-repair processes for
U.S. Air Force weapons systems
- Developing user-friendly, computer-based training
modules for Air Force navigation system technical orders
The U.S. Air Force Warner Robins Air Logistics Center
urgently needed to install VHF radios on a fleet of European-based
C-130 aircraft. Within 30 days, ARINC developed and shipped
a workable prototype. We've since delivered 18 production
kits, along with a reprocurement package and technical
manual changes.
