ARINC Managed Services (AMS)

ARINC Managed Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ARINC Incorporated, is the leading provider of operations, maintenance, and staffing services in support of information technology (IT) systems at airports around the world. AMS Maintenance comprises end-to-end support for airport IT systems. Our services cover all aspects of the IT system life cycle—providing installation, repair, and preventive maintenance—supporting ARINC and non-ARINC systems alike. These systems include:

  • Common-Use Self Serve (CUSS) kiosk systems
  • Flight information display systems
  • Common-Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) and dedicated systems
  • Closed-circuit television systems
  • Passenger ID systems
  • Printers (bag tag, boarding pass)
  • Boarding pass, card, and passport readers
  • Baggage-handling systems

AMS Staffing offers you scalable IT staffing solutions (e.g., temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and long-term) with airport domain expertise at competitive labor rates.  We offer our customers a fully managed approach; that is, we manage the staffing process end to end and relieve customers of the complexities of having to do it themselves.
