Joint Satellite Communications Management and Planning System (JSMPS)

The JSMPS software system is the authoritative source for UHF and Commercial SATCOM technical data and mission management for USSTRATCOM and the Department of Defense (DoD). Positioned to operate as the hub of a net-centric suite of databases and applications providing global mission management of SATCOM resources, JSMPS enhances space situational awareness (SSA) through the availability of timely and accurate technical data.

GPS Support

Essential to military operations, GPS enables warfighters to cooperatively identify and engage targets, avoid enemy threats, manage forces, assess battle damage, perform precise weapons delivery and significantly improve overall weapons performance. ARINC—in support of the emerging NAVWAR and Position, Navigation, and Timekeeping (PNT) mission—optimizes GPS technology and performance through research and development, analysis, and technical support on current operations.

Cyberspace Support

ARINC provides comprehensive cyberspace integration services to support USSTRATCOM operations—focusing on helping to maximize capabilities and integrated effects, develop and implement defense, exploitation, and attack solutions, crisis action and contingency planning, and cyberspace operations training.
