Account Information—ARINC Customer Portal and Data Warehouse
The ARINC Customer Portal consolidates information from service management and business process applications and provides current customers with Internet access to:
- AviNet network performance management
- GLOBALink ACARS message traffic and statistics
- Historical information such as network utilization trends
- Data Warehouse/Data Mart, invoices, and billing and traffic statistics and reports
- GLOBALink coverage maps
- Service requests, change orders, trouble tickets, and help desk communication
Current ARINC customers may request access to the portal at the ARINC Customer Portal site or by sending an e-mail to the ARINC Service Desk.
