ARINC Automated Invoicing and Statistics System

ARINC is pleased to advise that it is now possible to receive your invoices electronically.  If you would like to take advantage of this please contact your Account Representative or send an e-mail to contactus@arinc.com. Please provide the Customer Name as shown on your invoice and the Account Number. Invoices can be electronically sent for up to 3 e-mail addresses within your organization.

ARINC's Automated Invoicing and Statistics System is an Internet-based analytical tool designed to give customers the ability to check the current status of their accounts; review and pay invoices online; and analyze, in a single view, a wealth of statistical invoice-related information.

The system consolidates data from a number of ARINC sources and delivers it in various formats. Customers can summarize this information in a number of dimensions to analyze, reconcile, trend, and project ARINC service usage.

Information requests are displayed in crosstab, multidimensional data cubes, charts, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and in printable, columnar reports.

Using these data, customers can perform:

• Interactive pivoting, drilling, and filtering of data, enabling the user to view only the requested combinations
• Complex analysis through user-created expression-builder SQL data mining
• Exception highlighting
• Automatic exporting of files to Excel

The system automatically notifies the customer of newly processed invoices; operates in the background; restricts access to specific, customer-authorized agents; and is password protected.
