Randy PizziRandolph F. Pizzi
Vice President
ARINC International Division

Randy Pizzi has more than 30 years of business and marketing experience in the aviation, communications, and information technology industries. He joined ARINC in 1987 and has held a wide range of management and business development positions within the company.

As Vice President of ARINC’s International Division, Mr. Pizzi oversees the company’s operations in Asia Pacific; Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA); and ARINC’s Airport Technology Center in the Americas. Based out of the UK, the International Division also focuses on developing new products and solutions that are aligned with the business requirements of customers from the various regions.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Pizzi established and opened ARINC’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore in January of 2003 and managed the firm’s 13 offices and operations throughout the region. He has also held management positions at Northrop Grumman and SAIC.

Mr. Pizzi received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1980, attended flight school and subsequently served seven years as a Mission Commander/Tactical Coordinator for the P-3 anti-submarine warfare aircraft leading operational deployments throughout Europe and the Atlantic.


David PoltorakDavid A. Poltorak
Vice President and Corporate Officer

Dave Poltorak is Vice President, International Operations, and is based in the United Kingdom. He is responsible for ARINC’s operational performance in Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), delivering communications and value-added services to airlines, airports, and business jets in these regions. He is concurrently responsible for the company’s Airport Global Product Management group. Previously, Mr. Poltorak was ARINC’s UK-based Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Poltorak also served as the President and member of the Board of Directors for AeroMobile, a joint venture company formed by ARINC and the Norwegian company Telenor to provide mobile phone services on commercial aircraft.

Mr. Poltorak joined ARINC in 1990 and has worked in a variety of transportation-related initiatives. He launched ARINC Direct, the company’s successful corporate aviation business. He led this business from its inception in 2003 until moving to the UK in 2006. Previously, Mr. Poltorak led ARINC’s global commercial aviation business, delivering voice and data communication products and services to the world’s airlines. Mr. Poltorak’s significant international experience includes leadership of ARINC’s original expansion of air-to-ground communications services into China and Southeast Asia and the implementation of long-term business agreements and relationships with partners in China and Thailand.

Prior to joining ARINC, Mr. Poltorak held technical positions at both Jaycor and Westinghouse. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.


Andy HubbardAndrew Hubbard
Managing Director
Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Andy Hubbard has enjoyed over 24 years of practical engineering and business experience gained across a wide range of roles within the aviation sector in general and within ARINC specifically.

As Managing Director of ARINC’s Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) operations Mr. Hubbard is responsible for directing the expansion of ARINC’s portfolio of services across this region.

He started his career as an aviation apprentice with British Airways and combined both learning on the job with formal study in technical and managerial spheres. Progressing from hands-on work to design and development he eventually specialized—and became an acknowledged expert—in aircraft safety and communications.

In 2000, Mr. Hubbard joined the fledgling ARINC EMEA operations as technical support manager for DataLink. At ARINC’s London headquarters, he quickly worked his way up through the growing team in various roles, eventually heading up the Aviation Solutions team covering the entire EMEA region and growing the team to include Network Solutions before moving to his role as MD of EMEA.


Jim MartinJames L. Martin
Managing Director
Asia Pacific Operations

Jim Martin joined ARINC in 1999 and is currently the Managing Director of ARINC’s Asia Pacific Division, headquartered in Singapore.

He has more than 25 years' experience in the airport/airline industries in various operations, marketing, sales, and IT positions.

Mr. Martin is responsible for all corporate business in Asia Pacific, including the expansion of ARINC’s presence and technical infrastructure in the region. He has held the position of Asia Pacific Managing Director since January 2010.

Before his current position, Mr. Martin was Vice President of ARINC Managed Services, a subsidiary company, where he founded the business unit and led its spin off from ARINC. He was responsible for its overall management including setting the organization’s strategic direction and business plan.
